Forrar un molde con pasta sableux, pinchar y rellenarlo de alubias para cocer en blanco. Una vez fuera del horno retirar las alubias y rellenar con crema pastelera. Sobre ésta colocar la manzana pelada y fileteada de modo que quede decorativo. Espolvorear con azúcar grano y hornear. Una vez fría cubrir con mermelada de albaricoque.
Hornear a 190º C.
