1-Put the gelatine in cold water
2-Mix the milk, the half of the double cream, sugar and vanila seeds in a pan and heat.
3-When starts to boil take it out
4-Pass the mix with the shinua, add the gelatin and mix it
5-Add the rest of the double crem
6-Mix everything good and put in the fridge and keep it cold until the time of the service.
